How can I request for a refund?
We hope you are happy with your rentals. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may contact us
before 11:59pm on the same delivery day (pick-up from fitting room date or parcel arrival date) for a return & refund. Your refund will be issued as store credit.
Please make sure the rentals are returned in the same condition as you received them. If the returned item does not meet our policy (e.g. damaged or stained), full retail price will be charged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be issued as store credits in 10 working days.
