How to return my rentals?
In the parcel, you will find a prepaid waybill with our company information. Simply call S.F. Express at (852) 2730-0273 to arrange a free pick-up from any address in Hong Kong.
Please make sure the rentals are returned in the same condition as you received them. If the returned item does not meet our policy (e.g. damaged or stained), full retail price will be charged.
